Founder, Director and CEO

​

Drum began his career at just twelve years old, teaching and leading a team of fifty girls as his school’s dance captain, and went on to win multiple talent competitions throughout his teens.

 

He trained in musical theatre and dance at a performing arts high school in Texas before moving to California in 2005, where he danced and choreographed for national TV shows.

 

His experience includes working as a talent agent and scout where he worked closely with male phsyique models, bodybuilders and athletes. He also owned and operated a successful dance studio for nearly a decade, with teams that won numerous competitions.

Drum has also worked throughout San Diego’s nightlife scene—especially in Hillcrest—creating and producing dance shows, drag shows, talent competitions, and other live events in local bars and clubs.

 

A multi‑talented artist, Drum is also a music producer, songwriter, and singer/rapper.

 

This spring, he is set to earn three Associate of Arts degrees—in Communications, Behavioral Science, and Social Studies—plus a university certificate, and he is preparing to transfer to a university in San Diego.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
