Training and Certification Program

SDMG is currently in Phase 1 of development. At this stage, training is held at a private partner facility as we build and certify our first generation of Assistants, Captains, Trainers, Coaches, and Directors.

This certification program is exclusive to SDMG and is designed to develop talent within our company—not for external placement. Students are trained in proprietary systems, creative direction, and performance methodologies developed by its founder, DRUM.

Certification within SDMG directly determines:

• Role eligibility within the company

• Booking opportunities

• Pay scale and performance level​

As members progress, they unlock higher levels of responsibility, leadership, and compensation within the organization.

SDMG operates as a closed creative ecosystem, meaning all instructors, leaders, and directors within future SDMG training facilities will be developed and certified through our internal system.

 

As the company expands, SDMG will establish dedicated training facilities across San Diego. All future instructors, managers, and directors will be required to train and certify through SDMG Headquarters under the direct system created by DRUM and led by our top-tier leadership.
