"At SDMG, we believe that 'Teamwork makes the dream work.' With that in mind, and knowing we’re searching for Gods among mortals—true superheroes—how would you describe your communication and social skills, both in the workplace and out in the world?"

SDMG develops and produces original shows and events for a variety of upscale venues throughout San Diego. In a few words, explain why you find performing on stage for a live audience fulfilling. What do you personally gain from presenting your talent?

"If you had the chance to embody a powerful role in a movie or stage show—would you choose to be an angel slaying demons, or a demon possessing humans? Which would you choose, and what draws you to that role?"

"If you had the superpower to control one of the four elements—Fire, Earth, Wind, or Water—which would you choose and why? What does that element say about who you are?"

"If you could transform into a spirit animal, which would you choose and why? Would it be the strength of a lion, the power of a bear, the intensity of a bull, the wisdom of a wolf, or something else entirely? What does that animal say about your spirit?

"Which classic Halloween character do you think you’d play best—Vampire, Werewolf, Skeleton, Ghost, Zombie, Mummy, Grim Reaper, Jack-o'-Lantern, Frankenstein, Scary Clown, Scarecrow, Masked Man, or another? Why does that role speak to you?"

"Describe your personality in a few powerful words. What sets you apart—and why should you be chosen to become a San Diego Muscle God?"
